RETURN POLICY FOR HARINA
This Return Policy (“Policy”) is provided to customers (“you”) in Canada who have made purchases from HARINA Optométristes, Inc. (“HARINA”) through the online store at shop.harina.ca.
Please take note that we will exclusively accept returns if the original tag is still affixed to the frame, and we reserve the right to decline any returns where the tag has been tampered with or removed.
You have the option to return items bought from harina.ca for an exchange or refund, following the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
All returns must be dispatched via Canada Post, FEDEX or DHL using the provided return label, and the items must be in like-new, resalable condition within thirty (30) days of their recorded delivery date as specified by the original carrier. Items sent to HARINA beyond thirty (30) days from the recorded delivery date will be sent back to the sender, and no refund will be granted.
Refunds will be processed and credited to the payment card used for the purchase of the item(s) being returned.

Customized items such as non-stock lenses (e.g. custom tinted, custom-cut blue light, laser etched, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
For all returns, it is mandatory to use the provided return labels and include a valid HARINA RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
All items must be securely packaged and returned in like-new, resalable condition, including all protective materials and accessories such as temple sleeves, tags, cases, cleaning cloths, boxes, and booklets.
All returns should be packaged securely in their original outer shipping carton with the original foam packing. If the original outer shipping carton and foam packing are unavailable, you may use a sturdy outer shipping carton and foam packing materials of comparable quality suitable for shipping fragile items.
Remember to enclose a copy of your harina.ca invoice that was included with your shipment, clearly indicating your HARINA RMA# at the top, and retain a record of your Canada Post, FEDEX or DHL return label tracking number.
HARINA expressly reserves the right to reject returns that do not fully comply with HARINA’s Return Policy and all other applicable policies governing purchases made through harina.ca. Nonconforming returns will be returned to the sender with a charge of $25 per shipment.
