OEIL LA LA – TERMS OF SALE

Welcome to Oeil La La! These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of Oeil La La products made by customers in Canada through our online store at OeilLaLa.ca (“Website”). Please carefully read these terms, as they apply in addition to our Terms of Use. By making a purchase through our Website, you agree to abide by these Terms of Sale.

ORDERS ACCEPTED

We only accept orders from customers in Canada. Oeil La La! reserves the right to reject any orders at our discretion.

PRICE, PAYMENT, AND TAXES

Product details and prices are displayed on our Website but do not constitute a binding offer. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation sent to the email address provided during checkout. By placing an order, you agree to pay the purchase price, shipping, handling costs (for expedited shipping), and any applicable taxes. Your debit or credit card will be charged accordingly upon order submission.

DELIVERY

Products purchased will be delivered to a common carrier at our store in Mont-Royal for shipment to your chosen destination. Title and risk of loss or damage transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier at our store. We select carriers with excellent shipping records to ensure high-quality delivery service.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Except as specified in our Return Policy or as required by law, we do not accept cancellations or returns. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to returned products until they reach our store in Montreal.

WARRANTY LIMITATION

Any warranty claims must be made within one year of purchase as per our limited warranty statement.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec. However, all arbitration provisions are exclusively governed by the Canadian Federal Arbitration Act.

ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES

Any disputes between you and Oeil La La, including those related to these Terms of Sale, will be settled exclusively through binding arbitration. No class actions or joinder of claims are permitted.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Both parties agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions, class-wide arbitrations, or consolidated claims.

Oeil La La reserves the right to change the content on our Website and these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be prominently displayed on our Website and communicated via email if you have provided your email address.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Sale, along with our Terms of Use and any additional terms specified during checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oeil La La, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
